# Products

> Create a digital product in three steps: identity, pricing and versioning, then media and delivery rules.

**Store → Products** lists every product with its price, stock state and delivery data. The **Add Product** button opens a three step editor. Nothing is published until you save.

## Step 1, basic information

| Field | Notes |
| - | - |
| Product title | The name customers see in the catalogue and in mails |
| Short description | One sentence used in cards and previews |
| Category | Any category created under **Store → Categories** |
| Brand prefix | Optional small label above the title, useful for product families |
| Status | Draft keeps the product out of the storefront |

## Step 2, details and pricing

| Field | Notes |
| - | - |
| Price | Entered in the store currency |
| Discount percent | Shows a struck through price and the reduced price everywhere, checkout included |
| Version | Free text, for example 1.4.2 |
| Changelog notification | Sends buyers a notice when you publish a new version |
| User notice | A line shown on the product page, for example a delivery or support note |
| Description | Long description with headings, lists, links and images |

## Step 3, media and delivery

Upload a cover image and up to a gallery of extra screenshots, then choose how the product is delivered:

| Delivery method | What the buyer receives |
| - | - |
| Stock / Code | One item from the stock pool, consumed at purchase |
| File | The uploaded file, served through a signed download link |
| Text | A text block, useful for instructions or credentials |
| License | A license key generated per order |
| Manual | Nothing automatic, the order waits for you |
| Webhook | A request to your endpoint, for integrations with another system |
| Minecraft (RCON) | Commands executed on your server through the game connection |

## Stock mode

* **Limited** keeps a countable pool. Every sale consumes one item and sales stop at zero.
* **Unlimited** sells the same file any number of times.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Stock items can be added one by one or pasted in bulk, one code per line. The list is encrypted at rest and a code is only revealed to the buyer who purchased it.

## Editing later

Open a product from the list to edit any field. Existing orders keep the price, the file and the stock item they were fulfilled with, so editing a product never rewrites history. Deleting a product removes it from the storefront and leaves delivered orders intact in **Users → Purchased Products**.

## Bulk actions

The list supports bulk stock upload for single stock products, and per product actions for editing stock, managing versions and toggling stock mode.
