# Reviews

> Collect star ratings from verified buyers and moderate them before they appear on the storefront.

Reviews give new visitors proof and give you a signal about which products work. Vexaris only accepts reviews from customers who actually bought the product, so a rating always maps to a real order.

## Where reviews appear

* On the product page, under the description
* In the reviews section of the landing page, when the block is enabled
* In Google as structured data, but only when real reviews exist

## Buyer flow

**1. Purchase**

The customer buys the product and it lands in their library.

**2. Rate**

From the product page the verified buyer picks a star rating and writes a comment.

**3. Moderation**

The review waits in **Store → Reviews** until you approve it.

**4. Publish**

Approved reviews show immediately on the product page and in the landing block.

## Moderation

| Action | Effect |
| - | - |
| Approve | The review becomes visible and counts towards the average |
| Edit | Fix a typo or trim a comment, the star rating can be adjusted too |
| Delete | Removes the review, the average recalculates |

> [!NOTE]
>
> A product with no approved reviews shows no rating at all. Vexaris never invents a placeholder score, which is why the structured data stays valid.

## Writing good ones

Ask a question in the product description that invites a useful review, such as which use case it solved. Reviews that mention the delivery speed and the support answer convert better than a bare "great product".
