Every plan runs the same software. What changes is capacity, team size, available themes and how much of the AI assistant you get.

Comparison

How limits are counted

  • Products counts live products in the catalogue. Deleting a product frees a slot immediately.
  • Revenue counts completed sales in the store currency, converted to USD at the current exchange rate. The Free limit is lifetime and never resets. Paid plans reset monthly.
  • Traffic counts bytes served by the storefront and file downloads. Paid plans have no cap.
  • Seats counts people who can sign in to the admin panel. The owner always occupies one seat.
  • Themes are enforced by the plan, not by the licence: locked cards show the plan a theme needs.
  • AI assistant is counted per rolling window, not per day. The counter resets on its own.
When a limit is reached, the action is refused with a clear message instead of failing silently. Existing content, orders and customer data always stay accessible.

Upgrading

An upgrade applies to the same store, so the address, content and orders are kept. Open Dashboard → My Stores, choose the new tier and complete the payment. The plan refreshes within a few minutes and the new limits become active without a rebuild.

Downgrading

Going down is allowed only while the store fits the lower plan: product count and monthly revenue must be inside the new ceiling. Delete products or wait for the monthly reset first. Themes that the lower plan does not include fall back to a theme the plan allows.
