Slider

The slider is a scrolling bar that sits above the header on every theme. Use it for a shipping promise, a campaign code or a maintenance warning.

Add a slider

Marketing → Slider → Add New Slider.

Write the line

Keep it under 90 characters so it stays readable on mobile.

Add the link

Point it at the product or category the message is about.

Publish

The bar appears on all pages and all themes immediately.

Announcements

Announcements are short news posts with a cover image, listed on the news page of the storefront. Typical uses: a new product line, a price change, a scheduled maintenance window, a policy update.
Announcements are not sent by mail. If you want customers to be notified, post the same text into your Discord channel with the webhook integration or use a mail template.

Which one to use
