Users → Users is the customer register: everyone who registered on your store, searchable by username or email, with role and registration date.

Managing a customer

Open a row to get the manage panel:

Store credit

Credit is money already inside the store: customers load it with a payment or receive it from you, and checkout spends it before any payment gateway. A credit sent from the panel records as an admin grant, and the note you write is what the customer sees, so keep it plain: “compensation for order 123”, not internal shorthand. Users → Credit Logs lists every credit movement on the store: amount, type and description. Use it to answer the two questions that come up most: where did this balance come from, and who spent it.
Deleting a customer is not a cleanup tool. Their purchases and revenue history stay in your reports, but the person loses access to everything they bought. For inactive accounts, do nothing; for abusive ones, consider suspending licenses and banning at the checkout level with fraud rules first.

Roles you will actually use

  • Member, the default for every registrant
  • Support Team, dashboard and tickets, nothing else
  • Moderator, tickets plus license and customer work
  • Manager, day to day operations, usually without settings
  • Admin, everything
