Reading an order
Each sale carries everything a support ticket needs: who bought it, what they paid, which gateway took the money, and what was delivered. For a license product the issued key is visible here; for a stock product the delivered code belongs to the order record.Cancelling a sale
Use Cancel when an order must be reversed, for example after a chargeback or a duplicate purchase. Cancellation:- marks the sale cancelled, it stops counting in revenue
- removes the license that the order generated, so software stops verifying it
Granting a product by hand
Grant Product creates access without a payment: pick the customer, the product and a quantity. The customer receives it in their library exactly like a purchase. Typical uses:- A warranty replacement for a corrupted key
- A review copy for a partner
- Fixing a failed delivery that support already verified
A manual grant is not revenue and does not appear as a sale. Keep a note in the audit log or the ticket so the grant is explainable later.
What the customer sees
Buyers get a My purchases library on the storefront: every product they own, its download links and any license key, with re-download allowed at any time. When a ticket says “the link expired”, the answer is the library, not a new email attachment.Where orders show up elsewhere
