Statistics answers the weekly questions: is revenue moving, which products carry the store, and are registrations converting.

The KPI row

Charts

  • Daily Revenue, bars per day with the order count behind each bar
  • Daily Registrations, signups per day
  • Payment Method Split, how cart totals divided across gateways, empty when the range has no completed payments
  • Coupon Performance, per code usage
  • Bestsellers and Recent Sales below the fold
Use the range selector to switch between windows, everything on the page follows it.

Reading it honestly

Statistics counts store sales in the store currency. Payment provider reports include fees, refunds timing can differ, and manual grants never count as revenue. For tax work, reconcile against the sale list, not this screen.
Views count storefront pages from visitors and customers. Panel traffic is not included, and bots filtered at the edge do not add up either.
Revenue is stored per sale in the currency charged at the time. Changing the store currency does not rewrite history, so long ranges can mix currencies by design.

A weekly routine

  1. Open the last 7 days, compare Daily Revenue shape with the week before
  2. Check Bestsellers against your stock pool, refill anything in the top three that is running dry
  3. Look at Coupon Performance, kill codes that only pay your own audience
  4. Read the Support Status counts, open tickets above normal are a storefront problem, not a support problem
